Phone fingers need a finger to work

[A Phone Finger on my mouthstick. All revved up with no place to go.]

Well, I bought the Mac book home to try these phone fingers on my mouthstick. Doesn’t work. Still needs a finger.

I had originally thought the phone fingers might have been made from material that acted like the human finger in terms of operating a touch pad. However it just appears it’s a material that doesn’t prevent the properties of a human finger working.

So I still await a solution. Time to hunt down this mob.

Meanwhile…..Anyone work in the morgue?

  1. Mate, you need to make a circuit with your body to the tip of your mouthstick. Apple input devices are all capacitive. They’ll detect your body’s electrical charge.

So, either some metallic thread from your mouthpiece to the iFinger or an ‘Antistatic wristband’ and instead of earthing the other end of it – have it glued to the tip of your mouthstick or the iFinger.

trust me – all you have to do is ‘wire’ your body to the tip of the stick or ifinger. You’ll then be able to use the ipod, iphone etc.

    good luck!
